I have not actually read your full application but from what I did scan through it looks good. I wish you good luck upon joining the forum staff and helping everyone out.
But as you had said in the first paragraph of your application, there is a format indeed. The format is located in the applications section. All you need to do is instead of clicking on Moderator Applications or Game Master Applications, you click on Applications and there will be a sticky there that will say format.
You may have to answer a few extra questions from either Pony or other staff members because you may be missing some information that they had wanted, but other than that, your application looks rather good.
I would have done different colors, those two don't look very good. That's only my opinion though.

This is a great app, as you may understand I have some other priorities now:
-Fix the server errors :S
-Finish minecraft server
-Get a bigger community
I need the things of above to hire a Mod. But, I will keep this in mind.

Oh I see. I thought that it was only for the Game Master's as it said in the top, "GM applications only" but I'll change my app right away. I misunderstood that part.

Although this is a Moderator application, I do believe that people should first see you in game before you should get picked. Although the server IS down right now, it will probably have to wait. Plus, everything needs to be discussed between staff members as well, and there are some GM's who are not very active, so Pony would have to wait until they are online to be able to made a decision.

Just mentioning that, as most people honestly just go GM/Mod hunting. I mean, Kristen does not seem like that is what she is doing, but I'm just saying that it could happen, and it could be anyone who's just looking to have power on some server.
I hope that Kristen is not someone who is doing that, and that she will be with the server until it is up and running, and stick through everything that the server encounters.

Like I said, I'll be here all summer long. 
Plus, I check the forums everyday for updates and new posts.
I never look for power, the only thing I want is to have a clean and organized forum for a server.

Thats amazing but we still need to fix the server, it could take up to 2 more weeks
