Location of server

Sorry i was just wondering where the location of the server is like US or UK? If in US is it Eastern or Western Half? The reason why i am asking is because the first two days i was on the server I was moving quite fast with very little lag. But now i can barely even train in the FM. Hopefully i can get a answer. Pony if you feel like i shouldn't know that information then it is fine i will understand.

Its hosted in the netherlands,
The reason you experience lagg is because I can´t reset the server and it shuts down now and then. The reason for that is because I am on holiday for one week and I´ll be back tomorrow.
I can´t control the server from here if you understand
